This hybrid-role can be based out of one of the following Breakthru office locations: Richmond, CA; Commerce, CA; Denver, CO; or Cicero, IL.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Create and implement company recruiting plan.

  • Create and implement sourcing plan for assigned positions
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and design plans around areas of opportunity.
  • Create and manage external talent pipelines.
  • Create and build relationships with universities and partner organizations.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to elevate talent and ensure best hiring decision is made.
  • Evaluates applicants to optimize final candidates presented to hiring manager for interviews
  • Leverages sourcing tools to identify diverse pool of top talent
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and design plans around areas of opportunity

Ensure adherence to company recruiting and hiring process.

  • Maintains updated records in applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure effective communication to hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordinator experience
  • Must be highly motivated, organized and work well with ambiguity in fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and persuasiveness skills, both with candidates, program participants and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data collection, metrics and analysis.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective relationships.
  • Proficient in event planning/management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and ATS systems, preferably iCIMS, and sourcing platforms.

Physical Requirements

  • Up to 40% domestic travel during peak recruiting and program related activities.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Salary And Benefit Statement

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.

  • Salary Range for Colorado & Illinois: $63,000 - $78,750 annually
  • Salary Range for California: $69,000 - $86,250 annually
  • This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
