Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Regional Manager to oversee our Yakima County branches!
Bilingual English/Spanish Required
As Solarity's Regional Manager, your mission is to lead and inspire branch teams to achieve exceptional performance, drive integrity selling to obtain growth and establish our financial institution as a market leader in every area we serve. You will integrate yourself deeply into local communities, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to drive growth into each branch. You will execute strategic initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure an outstanding Member experience, all while aligning with our vision to provide the best possible value for engaged members.

The Top Candidate Will Have
- 3 years of progressive experience in financial institution operations.
- 3 + years of supervisory experience.
- 2 + years of sales experience.
- Experience working in an environment focused on rapid growth and quick change.
- Bachelor's degree in business and or related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Although each day will be a different adventure in this role, here's a snapshot of what a day could look like:
- Have a huddle with your team and serve as role model, championing, training, and holding staff accountable for living up to sales and service expectations.
- Ensure that staff use systems to accurately serve members and maintain records, including core banking and other workflow tools.
- Plan and direct branch operations to pass all audits and organizational objectives in alignment with strategic plan.
- Write, edit, and/or communicate all physical location procedures.
- Meet with Branch Staff to coach them and discuss their aspirations for growth and identify areas that they can work closely with you to prepare for the next step!
- Drive branch growth through consultative sales approach with members and communities to meet organizational goals.
- Send a Solarian Salute for an employee that went above and beyond for one of our members.
- Build constructive relationships with members, employees, volunteers, and teams across the organization.
