As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, you'll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes, coordinate complex schedules, and provide top-notch communication to candidates. You'll be an ambassador of TrueCare's mission, helping us build a team that serves our communities with care and compassion.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate interviews across various formats: phone, video, and on-site.
- Manage complex interview schedules, including panels, multi-site visits, and multi-day sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a welcoming experience.
- Assist the TA Team with job postings, recruitment marketing, and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support recruitment events like career fairs, community events, and hiring days.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to improve processes and workflows.
- Ensure accurate data for reporting and metrics tracking.
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in recruitment coordination or a similar HR support role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and MS Office Suite, including Outlook.
- Experience in healthcare recruiting, HR functions, or working in an FQHC or non-profit setting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with reporting and TA Operations is a huge plus!
