The person in this position is responsible for providing high quality and cost-effective warranty service to our homebuyers including but not limited to:
Residential homebuilder, William Ryan Homes, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Superintendent/Warranty Tech to join our Ft. Myers production team. The person in this position is responsible for providing high quality and cost-effective warranty service to our homebuyers including but not limited to:
- Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the service process including craftsmanship, subcontractor supervision, safety, and cleanliness
- Manage vendor relations to assure prompt service times with quality work
- Maintaining warranty schedules with diligent project and time management
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Thorough understanding of our warranty program and all vendor warranty programs
- Understands all stages of construction process including both rough and trim
- Knowledge in local, state and federal building and construction codes; OSHA and EPA guidelines
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and detailed development drawings
- Basic technology skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and residential production scheduling system
- Some experience in Production Homebuilding environment
- Previous experience in Commercial T/I is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimal travel required; must own or lease a truck and have a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage
- Cell phone with data package
