Insite Property Group is seeking an experienced Axxerion Coordinator who will support a growing team of Axxerion users at InSite Property Group’s corporate offices and property sites.

Objectives

The Axxerion Coordinator will enable efficient workflow and good data quality, reducing systems, and team downtime by leveraging their proficiency with various Axxerion modules.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and updating work orders in Axxerion.
  • Organizing, procuring, onboarding, and maintaining vendor lists and relationships.
  • Monitoring and managing critical preventative maintenance and inspection schedules.
  • Proactive coordination and follow-up with vendors and Store Teams on scheduled works, satisfactory completion, and issue resolution.
  • Managing vendor invoices and liaising with Accounting on any invoice and billing issues.
  • Assisting the President and Facilities Management team with other ad hoc coordination projects.
  • Work as a liaison between Accounting & Finance and Axxerion support team.
  • Develop, test, and implement new Axxerion processes and/or procedures.
  • Document and update Axxerion policies and procedures via the online manual.
  • Act as Axxerion subject matter expert providing user support and conducting training sessions as necessary.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Other Functions

  • Must be willing to travel to other company sites as necessary.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Skills And Experience

  • 2+ years of Axxerion administration experience.
  • Experience with SQL querying and custom reporting within Axxerion.
  • Excellent customer service and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at times.
