Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Product Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
  • Help create marketing materials, sales tools, and product collateral to support field teams and drive product adoption.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and social media content in partnership with the marketing team.

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Support the sales team by providing product knowledge and training materials.
  • Assist in organizing and executing webinars, workshops, and industry events to educate customers and field reps.
  • Work closely with clinical and commercial teams to refine messaging, positioning, and product differentiation.

Customer Engagement & Competitive Insights

  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and practice owners to collect customer feedback and testimonials.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of case studies, before-and-after content, and clinical success stories.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Manage internal product documentation, promotional inventory, and marketing project timelines.
  • Help track product performance, customer adoption rates, and field feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and vendor coordination for marketing projects.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years in product marketing, marketing coordination, or sales support, ideally in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or energy-based devices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with experience in creating marketing content or product materials.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Oriented: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic data analysis. Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, clinical trainers, and marketing colleagues.
  • Travel: Up to 20-30% travel for industry events, customer meetings, and sales training support.
