Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, managing phone calls and emails.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects and presentations.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to documents.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in similar administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
