About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts. This is an on-site leadership position based in Port St. Lucie, FL with a hands-on focus on growth, digital strategy, and execution.
This individual will oversee a highly visible consumer brand and be responsible for scaling paid advertising efforts, optimizing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth across all marketing channels.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts. This is an on-site leadership position based in Port St. Lucie, FL with a hands-on focus on growth, digital strategy, and execution.
This individual will oversee a highly visible consumer brand and be responsible for scaling paid advertising efforts, optimizing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media.
- Manage and optimize META ad spend (minimum $700K/month, ideally $800K+ per month) for at least one brand.
- Oversee the performance of company websites, ensuring consistent traffic and engagement (200k+ users/month).
- Provide leadership across campaign planning, creative direction, digital acquisition, retention, and analytics.
- Direct brand positioning and product marketing efforts for physical CPG products with retail MSRPs under $300.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce.
- Current employment with existing employer for 1+ year (mandatory).
- Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing META (Facebook/Instagram) paid ads at high scale.
- Demonstrated success leading performance marketing teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience managing websites with 200k+ monthly users.
- Background in CPG marketing within the last 2 years, specifically for DTC (direct-to-consumer) physical products.
- Experience in brands that are non-household names, with a focus on performance-driven growth.
- Willingness to relocate to Port St. Lucie, FL and work on-site full-time (no hybrid/remote options).
- Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization, customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
