Job Description

Main Tasks

  • Lead the product management and pricing organization to achieve targets for growth, market coverage, and profitability.
  • Define and implement product portfolio, cataloging, and pricing strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Drive and oversee the annual planning for product portfolio and NPI.
  • Establish KPIs and governance mechanisms to monitor performance, including Time to Market and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in product and pricing processes, methods, and tools.
  • Collaborate with global marketing and operations teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to global standards.
  • Align with Brand and Trade Marketing to ensure integrated marketing execution.
  • Ensure compliance with global portfolio, pricing, and NPI standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Responsible for Product management and Pricing within USA and Canada, Lead and mentor diverse teams by providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance employee engagement and promote professional growth.
  • This includes having disciplinary responsibility for the Product management, Pricing Team within the USA and Canada
  • Manages product life cycle organizing actions to maximize market shares in every segment / parts age

Your Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 years proven experience in product management, pricing, or marketing leadership, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment.
  • Automotive Aftermarket experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading through influence.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent understanding of portfolio and pricing strategy development and execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and drive continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
