Rock Hill Ford is looking for Automotive Buying Specialist. The Automotive Buying Specialist is responsible for locating, evaluating and completing the purchase of pre-owned vehicles for resale from service department, internet inquiries, and marketplace. We are apart of a Large family owned Automotive group called Krause Auto Group which was named one of the top 150 dealerships of 2023.
What we offer:

Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries.
Followup continuously with potential purchases.
Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
Present purchase proposals to customers.
Face to Face customer interaction.

Qualifications
- Customer Service and Sales experience preferred
- Demonstrate excellent phone, computer, and verbal communication skills
- Detail orientated, motivated and very organized
- Desire and ability to meet goals
- The ability to instantly build rapport with clients
- Will be required to have multiple customer interactions throughout the day
- A highly professional approach and appearance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid SC driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Bilingual a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule includes Saturdays (40 hours per week). 5 day work week. Store is closed Sundays.
