Your key contributions in this role will be:
Training & Enablement
- Lead monthly sales training sessions to sharpen outbound skills and messaging
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding, orientation, and continuous training initiatives
- Arrange and oversee shadowing opportunities across the team
- Provide training and support on platforms such as Streamline and NetSuite, and ensure consistent use of tools across the team
- Monitor outreach quality, including identifying email patterns and calls that can be used as coaching opportunities
- Facilitate regular 1-on-1 performance and development conversations with SDRs
- Deliver live coaching and feedback sessions to help reps improve in real-time
- Identify trends, gaps, and growth areas across the team and design coaching strategies accordingly
- Proven personal success in a sales role – You're consistently achieving your goals. You’ve walked the walk and know what it takes to succeed.
- Previous sales leadership experience
- Experience building or delivering sales training programs
- Strong understanding of modern sales tools (e.g., CRMs, outreach platforms)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Empathy, patience, and a coach-first mentality
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
