Position Overview: As an automotive Title Clerk at McLarty Daniel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of vehicle ownership for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include completing automotive title paperwork, maintaining clear communication with customers and finance managers, and performing related tasks associated with car deals. You'll also be expected to assist with various other duties as required, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Title Processing: Efficiently and accurately complete all necessary paperwork related to automotive titles, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Customer Communication: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding title documentation and processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with finance managers, sales staff, and other team members to facilitate the completion of car deals and resolve any title-related issues.
Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of title documents and ensure they are properly filed and stored.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document retrieval.
Problem Solving: Resolve title discrepancies and discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with changes in title regulations and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we provide training.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using office software and systems. CDK experience preferred.
