What You’ll Do
- Onboard and train new Builders and Warranty Service Managers, ensuring successful integration into our systems and culture
- Provide hands-on coaching to increase confidence, self-awareness, and personal development in team members
- Monitor and uphold construction quality, consistency, and adherence to David Weekley Homes' standards
- Lead engaging classroom training sessions focused on construction best practices, communication, and leadership
- Mentor and guide team members in practical, real-world settings to build expertise and confidence
- Foster trust, motivation, and accountability within the team through regular support, feedback, and encouragement
What You Bring:
- 5+ years experience as a Builder/Construction Manager or in a similar construction leadership role strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, or coach high-performing teams
- Deep passion for coaching, training, and investing in others' growth
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly between divisions and to various communities in both cities
- Enthusiastic and resilient, with a consistently positive mindset
- A strong communicator with excellent listening and coaching skills
- Highly organized with great time management and follow-through
- Able to inspire healthy competition in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Honest, trustworthy, and guided by a high standard of integrity
- A team player focused on both individual and collective success
