This is a casual, grant funded position which is subject to renewal on 06/30/2026.
Job Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations and provides technical and administrative leadership for the specified Developmental Services program. Responsible for coordination and evaluation of functions and activities around access to care and clinical service offerings. Ensures compliance with protocols & procedures. Plans & prioritizes work assignments. Supervises various personnel including recruitment, scheduled, coaching, and discipline.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience
Two years of experience mentoring, developing and training staff
Ability to identify opportunities for quality/process improvement and implement rapid cycle improvements
Ability to coach, counsel and provide general supervision and performance feedback to others, facilitate meetings and lead decision making as demonstrated by prior leadership experience
Knowledge of competency and regulatory requirements for clinical discipline or program
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a Windows environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree
3 years of experience
Ability to develop, monitor and manage financial operations of discipline
The current salary range for this position is $43.56 to $59.91
