As Global Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in activating this vision—ensuring brand health, defining and scaling brand enablement programs, and fostering organizational-wide brand advocacy. This role, reporting to the VP of Global Brand and Creative, is distinct yet deeply collaborative with the Brand Strategist—where the strategist defines the long-term brand positioning and health targets, the Brand Manager ensures seamless execution, adoption, and amplification of the brand across the org. Working in tandem, these two roles will relentlessly partner with various departments and teams to make measurable impact, in support of amplifying awareness of UKG in the global markets we serve, increasing familiarity for what we do, and inspiring active brand advocacy in every employee. Outcomes that are simply not possible without the Brand Manager operating as the epicenter of governance, problem solving, and execution for enablement campaigns, brand standard development, and brand inspiration.

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation. Key Responsibilities
- Brand Health & Analysis— Help define, nurture, report on brand health for external awareness and familiarity, as well as internal employee brand advocacy working with the Brand Strategist, Corporate Communications, and external vendors.
- Brand Enablement Programs — Develop and scale measurable initiatives that empower internal teams to embody and advocate for UKG’s brand, turning our strategy into tangible impact and consistent experiences.
- Cross-Organizational Brand Advocacy — Partner with teams across marketing, sales, product, and corporate communications to embed brand excellence into every interaction. Clearly sharing key brand principles and establishing a culture of consistency and brand love.
- Execution & Implementation — Lead and collaborate on the activation of brand initiatives, ensuring UKG’s identity is powerfully translated into real-world experiences via positioning, messaging, tone and visual.
- Performance Measurement — Help establish brand awareness, familiarity, and advocacy metrics that are continuously refined and optimized.
- Cultivate strong relationships — Focus on building shared goals, asking how might we, and craving critique to continually find new “we ways” of working and innovating.
- Deliver presentations effectively — Clearly convey ideas and strategies in an engaging manner.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently — Efficiently oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Foster collaboration while adapting to shifting priorities and business needs.
- Stay ahead of trends — Leverage industry, cultural, and technological insights to inspire innovation.
- Adapt to changing needs — Take on diverse duties as required to support brand related successes.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, advertising, marketing strategy, communications, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of brand positioning, audience engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive brand advocacy and partnerships.
- 3+ years experience developing brand enablement programs or marketing campaigns that foster alignment and audience engagement.
- Growth mindset with a creative approach to brand storytelling, engagement, and experience-building.
- Ability to professionally engage with, take and give feedback, from stakeholders, peers, and leadership
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate across multiple audience levels
- Outstanding organizational, detail, and time management skills
