Overview
The Membership Representative plays a key role in attracting and retaining
members by providing outstanding customer service and fostering meaningful
connections. This position focuses on membership sales, engagement, and
satisfaction by promoting the benefits of membership, assisting with inquiries, and
ensuring a seamless experience for both new and existing members. The
Membership Representative must have a strong knowledge of membership options,
programs, and facility details. Responsibilities also include processing transactions,
maintaining accurate member records, and upholding facility policies while creating
a welcoming and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Process Memberships & Registrations: Accurately handle new
records are maintained and up to date
- Engage with Prospective Members: Provide facility tours to showcase
experience that encourages membership sign-ups
- Drive Membership Growth & Retention: Meet and exceed monthly and
and relationship-building
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to

- Manage Prospective Member Outreach: Track and nurture leads from

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent with customer service experience preferred.
- The ability to work well and effectively communicate with a diverse population in a
- Confidentiality and excellent organization skills are strongly emphasized
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Experience working with diverse populations

- Strong ability to multitask
- Must demonstrate high level of computer literacy
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
