As a Commercial Lines Client Account Executive with Superior Insurance Partners, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our valued clients. Here is what you can expect:
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess client needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle quoting, endorsements, certificates, and identify gaps in coverage and consult with producer as needed.
- Support the renewal process for all assigned and prospective clients with the producer including ordering loss information, updating information, handling renewal applications, renewal marketing, account rounding, reviewing, and facilitating the renewal pricing including preparing the renewal proposal and binders.
- Help grow the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals.
- Cultivate enduring relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Address complaints promptly, offering appropriate solutions and ensuring resolution.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and process accounts accordingly.
- Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all commercial lines insurance coverage.
- Results-oriented mindset, driven to achieve objectives.
- Ability to develop professional relationships with internal and external partners.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey information effectively.
- Resilient and adaptable mindset, capable of managing shifting priorities.
- Eagerness to collaborate with colleagues across all teams.
- Minimum 3+ years of client service experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License, required.
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management system experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
