Description

Position Summary

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and business planning. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining financial models, and providing insights to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data and provide insights to drive improved performance
  • Support financial forecasting and budgeting for business planning and decision-making processes
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business operations and progress on key initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly Branch Review templates for variance analysis and support GMs in preparation for the reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects

Experience/Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or data science
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data visualization software
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
