- Provides comprehensive nursing care in diverse acute care settings, operating 24/7.
- Accountable for nursing practices per Ohio Board standards, delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs.
- Performs assessments, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
- Documents interventions and outcomes, collaborating with the team to revise care plans.
- Participates in process improvements to enhance quality, satisfaction, and performance.
- Minimum qualifications include RN license, BLS certification, and BSN within 5 years.
- Shift: Day, 32 hours/week, in a caring, learning-focused environment.
