Konami Gaming is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team!
This position is an entry level position responsible for researching and closely managing the release to Sales product lifecycle of Slot Games and Participation titles. This position will closely coordinate Product Releases among Research & Development (Engineering & Game Development), Sales, Marketing, Service and Compliance Departments. This includes working directly with Product Management team to implement product plans to meet target markets and sales forecasts.

What you'll be doing:
Product Management
- Product Release Planning - coordinate all domestic theme releases and ensure all departments are ready for product release; including release videos, game slicks, and training presentations
- Maintain game list in the marketing database
- Coordinate with Compliance, Sales, and Service on all product release, compliance, and performance related issues
- Maintains Domestic configuration checklists prior to publication to allow for order entry; must know Microsoft Access and Excel Macros
- Product demos for key customers to support sales
- Conducts market research and provides results to the product management department and R&D for use in making product development decisions (market needs)
- Assists Director with market demand assessment (e.g., slant evaluation, oversized cabinets)
- Draft game tutorial video scripts and storyboards for use by video production firm
- Create Videos for Sales Training
- Review all Marketing Slick Materials for accuracy
- Special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What we'll want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing , Hotel/Hospitality, Business, Engineering, Technical Arts or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-3 years of related experience. Casino management experience desirable. Product management, product marketing and/or slot floor understanding preferred. Experience in the gaming industry preferred.
- Intermediate level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products. Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently (verbal and written) with all levels of the business. Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure.

Complete understanding of the stage of Product Lifecycle Management and Market Requirements Documentation.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
- Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
