Who We Want

The role of the Training and Transitions stakeholder is to plan, execute, and finalize the training of wealth advisor teams during and after their transition to Carson. Adherence to strict timelines and the ability to manage multiple projects is necessary. Duties include training advisor teams on Carson systems and processes, as well as coordinating Subject Matter Experts to help train when needed.

What To Expect

  • Develop Training Plans for incoming wealth advisor teams
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that must be completed to coordinate and execute successful wealth advisor team transitions
  • Assist Transition Team with daily tasks to meet project timelines
  • Update and communicate the completion of project tasks to ensure completion at expected timelines.
  • Help create and establish new processes to enhance and streamline the wealth advisor team’s transition experience.
  • Help develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as needed.
  • Help to proactively identify needed changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and help devise contingency plans.
  • Participate in project reviews to identify successful project elements and areas of improvement.

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial industry required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or similar field of study preferred
  • Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Redtail, SalesForce, Orion etc) preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook
  • A genuine interest in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of project management processes
  • Analysis and research skills
  • Attention to details
  • Statistical analysis and report creation
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with team members
  • Occasional Travel

The Total Rewards Expected For This Role Include

  • Starting annual base salary between $70,000 - $89,075.
  • Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
