The Senior Event Producer is responsible for leading and executing complex, large-scale events for Carson Group, including conferences, incentive trips, partner academies, and client experiences. This role focuses heavily on operational execution — managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and venues, overseeing speaker logistics, and ensuring flawless on-site delivery.
The Senior Event Producer will own key portions of major events while working closely with other Event team members in a highly collaborative team environment.

This role focuses heavily on operational execution — managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and venues, overseeing speaker logistics, and ensuring flawless on-site delivery.
The Senior Event Producer will own key portions of major events while working closely with other Event team members in a highly collaborative team environment.
What To Expect
Event Execution and Logistics:
- Lead event execution for assigned conferences and programs, including detailed timeline creation, project management, and logistics coordination.
- Manage critical components such as venue selection and contracting, hotel room blocks, food and beverage orders, transportation, signage, gifting, and on-site activations.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event elements are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate on-site event operations, including overseeing vendor load-in/load-out, registration desk setup, event space transitions, attendee experience areas, and F&B service timing.
- Manage speaker logistics, including invitations, communication, scheduling, session needs, and on-site support.
- Ensure speaker deliverables are collected (slides, bios, photos) and properly prepared for event execution.
- Work closely with the broader Events Team to align planning efforts across large-scale events.
- Take ownership of assigned projects while collaborating on broader event deliverables.
- Support department-wide best practices for event standards, documentation, and process improvements.
- Manage assigned vendor relationships including RFPs, contracting, and invoice processing.
- Track project expenses accurately and support budget reconciliation post-event.
- Assist with additional events across the Carson Group portfolio as needed, including client events, academies, appreciation events, and third-party conferences.
- Travel as needed to provide on-site execution support (estimated 3-5 times per year).
- 6–8+ years of experience in event production, logistics, or corporate event execution.
- Direct experience managing large conference logistics, preferably with 500+ attendees.
- Strong operational project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and details.
- Proven experience in large-scale event execution, including on-site leadership of multi-day events.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and speakers.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems on-site, and remain calm under pressure.
- Positive, team-first mindset with a focus on collaborative execution.
- Proficient in event technology platforms (Cvent, OnArrival, mobile event apps).
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

The Total Rewards Expected For This Role Include
- Starting annual base salary between $65,000 - $86,575.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
