RN/ Medical Surgical (Floor) Nurse

Looking for Registered Nurse (RN) Floor Nurses for overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) in Bronx, NY, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Provide advice and support to residents and families.
• Monitor residents, administer medications and treatments.
• Document care services accurately.
• Follow infection-control protocols to ensure safety.
• Resolve resident issues using team strategies.
• Maintain quality of care per facility standards.
• Keep resident information confidential.
• Work well in a team, possess current RN license, and have computer skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred, with strong communication and friendly demeanor.
