- Position: Data Analyst
- Location: Columbia, SC - Onsite or Hybrid (Preference for Onsite)
- Compensation: $70,000 - 80,000 base + Quarterly Bonuses + Full Benefits

- Risk & Credit Assessment – Use predictive analytics and statistical modeling to evaluate risk and improve credit quality.
- Data Integrity & Compliance – Ensure accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance in all data-related processes.
- Strategic Insights – Work with teams across the organization to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and product offerings.
- Process Optimization – Identify opportunities to leverage automation and technology for improved efficiency.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in banking, financial services, or credit risk.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Understanding of credit risk, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
