- The RN provides comprehensive nursing care across diverse acute care settings, operating 24/7.
- Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs as per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
- Key duties involve performing health assessments, creating and documenting care plans, evaluating patient responses, and participating in process improvements.
- Minimum qualifications: Associate's Degree, Ohio RN license, BLS certification, with a BSN required after 5 years.
- Work shift: Day, 40 hours/week in Pre-Operation/Post-Recovery.
