Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-clinic or in-home roles, with remote options available.
- Offerings include a competitive salary ($85,000–$100,000), sign-on and relocation bonuses, monthly car and cell phone allowances, and comprehensive benefits.
- Lead and supervise a team of BTs and RBTs, manage treatment plans, train caregivers, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for 10–15 patients.
- Qualifications include a Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field; BCBA certification; at least 2 years of experience with ASD; and supervisory skills preferred.
- Responsibilities involve developing behavior strategies, data collection, fidelity checks, and maintaining BACB standards.
