Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert is looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team. This individual will be a key player on the sales floor, driving productivity, energy, and success while coaching and supporting sales consultants. The Floor Manager will play an integral part in delivering outstanding guest satisfaction, leading by example, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

- Generating business through daily dealership traffic and outside sourcing methods.
- Assisting and welcoming guests upon entering the showroom or sales lot.
- Explaining product performance, application, and benefits, and offering test drives when needed.
- Supporting the sales team in engaging customers and closing sales.
- Negotiating prices, overcoming objections, and finalizing sales deals.
- Managing follow-up within the CRM to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Maintaining and developing a prospect pipeline for each sales consultant within the CRM.
- Staying updated on new products, features, and accessories and effectively communicating their benefits to guests and training sales consultants on vehicles.
- Assist with finalizing required stipulations with Finance and ensuring completion of paperwork.
- Achieving set sales and guest satisfaction objectives.
- Performing administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Upholding ethical standards and professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably at a Mercedes-Benz dealership.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle leasing principles, basic mathematical concepts, equity values, depreciation, and laws governing retail automotive sales.
- Have experience using CDK and eLead CRM.
- Exceptional coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and the public.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with good judgment and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in understanding and executing federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
- Use of standard office equipment proficiently.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
- Engaging and professional demeanor, whether interacting in person, online, or over the phone.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on providing excellent guest satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
