Seeking an interim CFO for a growing private equity-backed manufacturing company in Winston-Salem, NC, with $10MM revenue and two sites.
Role duration is 90-120 days, onsite, with a pay rate of $85-$95/hr, starting immediately.
Responsibilities include leading financial strategy, cash flow, and operational excellence; overseeing finance functions; supporting ERP implementation; and ensuring audit readiness.
Will build and mentor a finance team, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive growth initiatives like margin improvements and capital projects.
Requires 5-10 years in finance leadership, manufacturing experience, private equity background, and expertise in cost accounting, ERP (NetSuite preferred), and financial modeling.
Bachelor's degree required; CPA or MBA a plus.
In-person work, full-time, Monday-Friday.
