Responsibilities for a Seasonal Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
Pay Details: $21.87 per hour

Responsibilities for a Seasonal Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls, greeting customers, and directing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
- Performing general clerical tasks such as copying, filing, invoicing, and managing documents using Microsoft Office tools
- Organizing and assisting in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for monthly safety meetings
- Maintaining records, managing case files, and providing timely support across various departments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Pay: $21.87/hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
