- Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, field visits, and response to inbound leads.
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development to become a trusted advisor and product expert in the dental industry.
- Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets and daily/weekly sales activity KPIs.
- Manage your territory autonomously, leveraging CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems to identify, route, and track sales opportunities effectively.
- Identify key decision-makers at prospective accounts and build strong, value-driven relationships.
- Maintain integrity in every interaction, providing solutions aligned with customer goals and clinical needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to initiate product demonstrations and support the sales pipeline.
- Dedicate 90%+ of your time to developing new business through outbound efforts and customer engagement.
Proven Sales Performance
- Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally within the dental or healthcare sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in delivering persuasive, engaging presentations.
- Ability to manage and overcome rejection in a high-activity sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Consistent history of exceeding territory goals and contributing to revenue growth.
- Effectively plan and manage your sales territory to drive ongoing success and maximize growth potential.
- Skilled in using CRM (HubSpot) and ERP tools to manage leads, identify new opportunities, and maintain detailed records.
- Keep accurate call logs, customer notes, and contact records to support visibility and transparency across the team.
- Actively pursue product knowledge through internal training, self-guided learning, and collaboration with vendor partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Care, Marketing, Product, and vendor partners to support the full customer journey.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though candidates with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
