  • Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets and daily/weekly sales activity KPIs.

Independence & Efficiency

  • Manage your territory autonomously, leveraging CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems to identify, route, and track sales opportunities effectively.

Relationship Management

  • Identify key decision-makers at prospective accounts and build strong, value-driven relationships.

Ethical Sales Practices

  • Maintain integrity in every interaction, providing solutions aligned with customer goals and clinical needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to initiate product demonstrations and support the sales pipeline.

Time Focus

  • Dedicate 90%+ of your time to developing new business through outbound efforts and customer engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven Sales Performance

  • Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally within the dental or healthcare sector.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in delivering persuasive, engaging presentations.

Resilience

  • Ability to manage and overcome rejection in a high-activity sales environment.

Organization & Time Management

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

Results-Oriented

  • Consistent history of exceeding territory goals and contributing to revenue growth.

Territory Strategy

  • Effectively plan and manage your sales territory to drive ongoing success and maximize growth potential.

Tech-Savvy

  • Skilled in using CRM (HubSpot) and ERP tools to manage leads, identify new opportunities, and maintain detailed records.
