You will work with children and adolescents facing behavioral challenges, providing essential support in developing positive behaviors and life skills. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll implement tailored strategies to bring meaningful change to each client.

Job Functions:
- Implement behavioral interventions using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, behavior technicians, and caregivers.
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Must currently have a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- CPR/BLS certification is required within the first two weeks of hire.
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance on the vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families.
- Strong observational and data collection skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication.
