Position Responsibilities of the Electrical Superintendent:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose a wide array of electrical issues
- Repair issues that are found
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills
- Manage material, deadlines, and quality control
- Repair and replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Closely follow all state/local building regulations from the National Electrical Code
- Minimum of Five years of documented work in Residential electrical installation
- Minimum Two years of experience as a Service Technician preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of duties, responsibilities and expectations as applies to size and type of project
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate and develop Journeymen and Apprentices
- Clean Driving Record

- Effective Communicator - Able to verbally communicate work instructions, able to use written communication skills at an average or above-average ability, basic ability to demonstrate computer skills.

- Team Player - Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
- Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
- Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding, (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots
