HX5 is currently seeking a Property Specialist to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports Site Lead through Property Management requirements and logistics requirements. The area of responsibility is
COS and regional facilities. - Ensure proper development of all property outcomes, emphasizing materials management, data integrity, physical
inventory, and customer support operations for property management. - Conducts move team operations for IT and non-IT equipment and materials. Concentrating on end user devices such as
desktops, laptops, monitors, VOIP phones, zero clients and accessories/peripherals. Responsibility includes unhooking
and re-hooking devices (ethernet, fiber and power) ensuring customers have power and network connectivity. - Perform internal audit requirements for data mining, data review, data comparison and data corrections both physical and
electronic. - Accomplishes records reviews, updates, provides corrections, recommendations for process improvement, and reviews
processes. - Executes records management and updates to Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB).
- This diverse position requires the candidate to support all areas of responsibilities under all property outcomes at a high
level, as assigned - Perform inventory management functions utilizing a Zebra barcode scanner
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is between $65,000 to $75,000, annually, based on experience.
Education and Experience:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:
- Must have 4 years of directly related experience
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and stoop/reach to move boxes and retrieve property.
- Must have data entry skills with the ability to create, update and/or correct data at a high level with a high number of
records corrected and/or created per day.
Preferences:
- Hands-on experience with Zebra barcode scanner
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer base
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining thoroughness, attention to detail
Other Position Requirements:
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance by date of hire.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
