We are seeking a Part Time (35 Hours) - Customer Service Representative (CSR) (teller) to join our team at Oak Valley Community Bank. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in our Modesto- McHenry branch. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience when interacting with our organization. You will be expected to handle a variety of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications
As a Part Time - CSR, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also use your ability to work independently and as part of a team to collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software will be necessary to maintain accurate customer records and account information. Additionally, experience with CRM software are preferred qualifications that will be beneficial in this role.

- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- 2+ years cash handling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Experience with CRM software
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up to date with product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
