- Drive Catering Sales: Develop and implement strategies to achieve catering sales targets and increase revenue.
- Client Relationships: Source, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring all details are managed and clients receive top-notch service.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of catering services.
- Promote Brand Values: Embody and promote The Great Greek's values of excellence, hospitality, and authenticity in all interactions and operations.
- Operational Support: Provide hands-on assistance to the restaurant operations team during off-peak periods to support the customer experience
- Experience: Proven experience in catering sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the catering and hospitality industry, with insights into market trends and customer preferences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
