Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Gym Director to support the Owner and Gym Director in the day-to-day operations of our location. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with children and leading a team. Please note: This position requires the ability to work split shifts, teach classes, and cover evening and weekend shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging classes based on our proven curriculum.
• Support the Gym Director in managing staff, schedules, and day-to-day operations.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to families.
• Support marketing and sales efforts to drive membership growth.
• Step into leadership duties in the absence of the Gym Director.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in child development, education, physical activity, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or team leadership roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some split shifts, evenings, and weekends.
• A fun, friendly, and energetic personality with a passion for helping children grow.
