The Development Assistant will support our Real Estate team with data analysis, lease document management, and project reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Analytics and Reporting: Provide support in the research of new locations, which may include analyzing data from certain software programs. Work with the Real Estate Director on comparison reporting and processing data analysis that will help in decision making.
- Key Metric: Timeliness of reporting
- Project and Lease Document Processing: Organizing leases within the structured environment. Create and manage electronic signature document flow to ensure the documents are signed properly and in a timely manner.
- Key Metric: Accuracy of Documents
- Lease Compliance and Coordination: Ensure the lease agreements and related documentation are managed in compliance with legal and organizational standards. This role involves coordinating lease activities, maintaining records, and serving as a liaison within the organization.
- Key Metric: Timeliness of coordination
- Project Reporting: Audit completed projects to ensure the data is accurate. This position will also manage data and provide on-demand reporting for post-project analysis.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, real estate operations, or data/reporting roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, and other data analysis tools
- Familiarity with real estate software and electronic document systems (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Placer.ai)
- Experience with reporting platforms or project tracking tools a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments
