This role will report to the Finance Manager and is critical in driving strategic financial insights, supporting business decision-making, and enhancing financial performance through robust forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. This role will provide timely financial information and support for the business teams to make fact-based decisions that drive the support functions they support. Perform insightful analysis to identify financial improvements or leverage spend for the functions to achieve strategic goals of Highridge.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes in addition to partnering with key operational stakeholders.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Analytical support extending across Finance and Accounting organization assisting in delivering data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support scenario planning, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects, including M&A evaluations, cost optimization, and new product initiative modeling.
• Deep understanding of all financial systems and reporting tools in order to support all business partner and management level reporting

Skills

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. knowledge, skills, and abilities)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) and their application to finance

Education/Experience Requirements

• B.S. in finance, accounting or related field. MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or accounting

• Less than 10%
