Business Intelligence Analyst I

PTS Corp is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst I to support our growing data initiatives. You’ll help deliver operational insights and customer-facing analytics by leveraging tools across the Microsoft ecosystem and key third-party platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to advanced BI tools and systems in a real-world environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Power BI to support departmental and customer reporting.
• Reverse engineer existing reports to understand their structure, logic, and data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Assist in building automated data flows using Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Integrate and validate data from systems including Microsoft Business Central (D365), SharePoint, and legacy tools.
• Perform data prep, cleansing, and transformation across multiple sources including Shopify, AirTable, and others.
• Document BI logic, mappings, and dashboard layouts for long-term reference and version control.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in BI, data reporting, or analytics
• Experienced in Power BI, Excel, basic DAX, and SQL
• Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to document, communicate, and translate reporting logic clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
