Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.0 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM. This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must live or relocate to be within commuting distance of Medford, Oregon.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant & Board Governance Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the executive leadership team while ensuring effective governance and administrative support for the Board of Directors. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, ability to operate at an analyst level, advanced technological proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This position is a full-time, onsite role (100% in office). This role supports the President and CEO, the SVP &Chief Legal Officer and the Asante Board of Directors. This role reports directly to the SVP and Chief Legal Officer.

Position Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or governance role or in another relevant field is required.
