- Systems Administrator for PayCom Badge System, UKG Ready/PRO, Time and Attendance, Benefits providers and internal and external interfaces. Works directly with systems vendors, UKG, CIGNA, EyeMed, EPIC, USI, Mercer, BOK, Nautilus, DNA, Chard Snyder, and related entities to resolve systems issues in a timely and legally correct manner.
- Back up for payroll processing and supporting payroll tasks including payroll audits and reports on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Initiates, negotiates and maintains contract with HRIS vendors.
- Responsible for the integrity of data on all Human Resources and Payroll systems. Ensures that all information is handled with confidentiality and discretion within regulatory guidelines. Monitors systems upgrades and enhancements.
- Uses various means to collect data and report data to other departments and management within the organization. Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary.
- Gathers and disseminates detailed information accurately and timely for audits of various natures for Payroll and Human Resources; as well as reports for other audits internally and externally.
- Conducts audits for New Hires, month end, year- end, and annual Open Enrollment process by setting up and overseeing benefits through on-line enrollment system and vendor interfaces. Audits enrollment data, and ensures proper Team Member contributions are collected and reflected in appropriate systems with post pre and post reports. Conducts annual non-discrimination testing.
- Audits system data for accuracy and partners with end users and HR as appropriate for resolution. Assumes responsibility for effectively utilizing HRIS systems in the development of reports and in designing solutions for assigned projects. Ensures HRIS projects are well researched, planned, designed, executed and implemented and that desired results are produced. Ensures HRIS systems are effectively secured, maintained, monitored, and upgraded.
- Effectively plans, designs, and produces HRIS solutions for assigned projects. Thoroughly tests results to ensure accuracy of data. Monitors and analyzes system usage and resources to ensure efficient and appropriate use. Takes necessary actions to maximize resources.
- Meets with Management or project teams to discuss requirements, clarify issues, make recommendations, or present HRIS solutions to Team Members, peers, all levels of management and vendors.
- Assists in identifying new HR needs and the software product to fulfill these needs
- Provides individualized training for managers and Team Members on various HR systems including the UKG portal, time and attendance.
- Works with internal Team Members, department management and outside vendors to disseminate information, research and resolve issues.
- 5 – 8 years prior experience in HRIS, payroll, payroll systems, benefits and/or human resources experience required, creating and running reports and ad-hoc reporting; vendor file feeds and ensuring system data integrity.
- Two year college degree or completion of specialized course of study at business or trade school or equivalent experience is required. Payroll/HRIS and some HR knowledge experience is required.
- Must be available M – F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
