Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)

  • The basic function of Parts Counter person is the sale of vehicle parts to wholesale and retail customers, while expediting the parts requirements of the Service department.
  • Fill orders for the Service Department and customer.
  • Promote sales of parts and accessories to retail and wholesale customers.
  • Promote and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain parts inventory.

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • 1 year prior experience in Parts stocking.
  • Good working knowledge of vehicle parts.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Performance of extensive numerical calculations to a written record with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to identify, comprehend and act on changing customer requirements.
  • Ability to retrieve, load and deliver items of various sizes and weights (up to 125 lbs.) in operable and undamaged condition.
  • Computer skills; familiarity with CDK Parts Inventory Computer system.
  • Possess good customer relations abilities, polite and courteous manner, cooperative attitude, team oriented.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate and understand English and Spanish a plus.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a variety of vehicle types, insurable.
