Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify influencers whose audience and aesthetic align with our brand values
- Establish and nurture relationships with influencers and their management teams
- Develop strategic influencer marketing campaigns aligned with broader marketing objectives
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation for influencer partnerships
- Place orders and coordinate product shipments to influencers and track inventory for influencer campaigns
- Brief influencers on campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and key messaging
- Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment and contractual compliance
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI)
- Stay current on social media trends and emerging platforms
- Manage influencer marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum impact
- Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance for internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills and budget management capabilities
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
