POSITION TIMING: Position requires candidate to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance which can take 4-6 weeks to process and must be complete prior to starting employement

ITC Federal is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedDeputy Project Manager (DPM)to support the successful execution of our work on theU.S. Coast Guard FINCENprogram. This role will serve as a key administrative and operational partner to the Program Manager, providing project coordination, tracking, and day-to-day program support.
This position is ideal for someone who excels in managing logistics, resources, and schedules, and who can thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing federal contracting environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring successful delivery of all program activities
- Coordinate and track task assignments, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations across a multi-disciplinary team
- Maintain and update project plans, spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and other program documentation
- Assist withstaffing coordination, including onboarding support, timesheet compliance, and personnel tracking
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams, corporate functions, and the government client for status updates and administrative follow-ups
- Monitor and manage program documentation to ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility
- Help identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact performance or delivery
- Participate in internal and client meetings, capturing and tracking action items to resolution
- Assist with data collection and reporting for monthly program reviews, performance metrics, and compliance activities
REQUIRED:
- Candidate must be eligible for a DHS Public Trust
- 3+ yearsof relevant experience in program coordination, project administration, or operations support, preferably in a government contracting environment
- Proficiency withMicrosoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability totrack multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong team player
- Experience working in a federal government environment, especially with DoD, DHS, or USCG
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP framework, etc.)
- Experience supporting resource management, including forecasting and allocation tracking
- Understanding of timekeeping systems, compliance requirements, and contractual reporting
