Driver

Mpower Direct is one of the fastest growing direct marketing firms in the tristate area, and specializes in spreading awareness of the benefits of switching to 100% clean, renewable energy. We are looking for a responsible driver to work out of our Bronx location and transport our sales agents to and from their location in the various territories that we service.

Responsibilities

• Transport sales agents to and from assigned territory
• Use navigation apps to determine the best route
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle
• Speak to prospective customers in order to explain company services and to solicit new business
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Driver
• A valid driver’s license- CDL License is not required
• A clean driving record
• Familiarity with GPS devices
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
• A high school diploma
