Responsibilities
- On deck coaching-practices and competitions
- Monitoring student-athlete academic performance
- Recruiting and retention-assist the head coach with efforts to recruit and retain top level student athletes
- Compliance-with NCAA, conference and university policies
- Budget- assist with travel
- Fundraising-assist with collaborative efforts with advancement
- Community engagement-promote a positive image of the program and the university in the community.
