What You'll Do: As a BDC Sales Agent, you will be the driving force behind creating lasting customer relationships. Your role will focus on inbound and outbound calls, establishing rapport, and scheduling appointments, all while delivering top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience handling inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent telephone etiquette and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven Sales Success: A solid track record in inside sales, internet marketing, or appointment scheduling.
• Client Rapport: A natural ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Proactive Attitude: Quick to learn, resilient, and always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
• Professionalism: Maintain a polished demeanor, even in the face of rejection, and handle all customer interactions with care and respect.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Performance-Oriented: Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent typing and writing abilities.
• Highly Organized: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
