The Field Support Team Member plays a critical role in showcasing, supporting, and stress-testing OKSI’s advanced technologies in real-world conditions. This hands-on position supports field demonstrations, engineering test events, and customer engagements—acting as a technical bridge between internal teams and end-users during deployments.

Job Duties

  • Demo & Field Support: Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of field demonstrations and product evaluations.
  • System Readiness: Conduct pre-deployment checks and ensure field kits and equipment are properly configured and operational.
  • Test Execution: Support live field testing by operating systems, collecting data, and validating performance against expectations.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide on-site technical support and perform basic system troubleshooting during field operations.
  • Customer Engagement: Interface directly with customers, gather user feedback, and serve as a field representative for internal engineering teams.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Document field issues, user observations, and performance outcomes; report findings to product and engineering teams.
  • Technical Collaboration: Contribute to ongoing system improvements through hands-on feedback and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
