IT Support Technician - Immediate Opening

$25-$30 / HR based on experience

Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and supporting car dealership business environments? SCOTT ROBINSON AUTOMOTIVE GROUP is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our growing business. This full-time role is perfect for someone with solid technical experience and strong communication skills looking to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 workstations and Windows Servers
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory, Office365, and AzureAD
• Manage and support GoTo Communications phone systems
• Support and maintain Tekion DMS (Dealer Management System)
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide variety of hardware including:
• Computers and servers
• Mobile devices
• Printers and scanners
• Credit card machines and battery testers
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure performance, reliability, and security
• Document procedures and assist with user training as needed
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (10/11) and server environments
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, AzureAD, and Office365
• Familiarity with Tekion DMS and GoTo Communications systems is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across various hardware
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
• Experience in automotive or dealership environments a bonus
