The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team while also playing a key role in maintaining the functionality and organization of our office space. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team while also playing a key role in maintaining the functionality and organization of our office space. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for executive leadership.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Support the sales organization as needed, to include Powerpoint presentations, sales meeting presentations, and ad hoc requests
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the office building.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Help with planning and executing office events, and meetings
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or office management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions oriented.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and facility operations.
- Background in office administration or hospitality management.
